Section 1

About this list

To provide the Largence Service, we engage trusted third parties (sub-processors) that may process personal data on our behalf. We require each sub-processor, by contract, to provide an appropriate level of data protection and to process personal data only as needed to provide its service to us. This list is provided for transparency and is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Our AI providers do not train their models on customer data, and we operate them on a zero-data-retention basis, so customer inputs and outputs are not retained by them after a request is processed.

Connections you enable yourself

Some third-party services are connected by you, using your own account, and are not Largence sub-processors. These include messaging and notification tools (Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, Twilio, Termii), Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace apps, scheduling tools (Calendly), finance and billing tools (QuickBooks, Flutterwave and other accounting software), electronic-signature services (DocuSign, Adobe Sign), and any external MCP servers you connect. When you enable one of these, your data is shared with that provider at your direction and is governed by your agreement with it, not by our DPA. Our own protections (no training on your data, zero data retention with our AI providers, our hosting locations and security measures) apply to the Largence Service but do not extend to these third parties. See the Terms of Service for details.
