Part 35 creates obligations that outlive the report itself: instructions, amendments, and the duty to the court. When expert material sits outside your matter system, compliance becomes a manual checklist. The CPR Part 35 framework assumes disciplined record-keeping, software should not fight that.

Largence Evidence links expert reports to matter chronology, disclosure lists, and trial bundles. CPR35 checks run against the report metadata practitioners already maintain, not a separate compliance spreadsheet.
At trial, the question is whether exhibit D-14 and the expert’s Appendix 3 share a parent matter, a service date, and a custody trail. A single index answers that without cross-referencing three systems.
